Milorad Glavan advises clients on all aspects of Data Protection, Dispute Resolution, Pharmaceutical and Labour law.

He has a particular focus on data protection issues for global and local entities and great experience of  acting on behalf of clients before authorities in relation to different problems arising from processing of personal data. In this regard he assists in compliance matters and practical implementation of GDPR, data breach management, contracts, and data transfers in a range of industries, including food industry, alcohol and soft drinks production, pharmaceutical and geological industry.

Milorad also has extensive experience in representing clients before courts which comes from handling a large number of individual cases relating to real estate, enforcement, bankruptcy and labor law. Except in Serbia, Milorad advises clients in Montenegro regarding Real Estate, Labor and Data Protection aspects.
