Srećko Vujaković advises both domestic and international clients in all aspects of corporate law in Serbia and Montenegro. With more than 15 years of experience spent working in an international setting, part of which spent in Vienna, Austria, he specializes in proactively supporting clients in all stages of M&A transactions, including organization and performance of legal due diligence excercises, negotiations and drafting of transactional documents as well as post-transaction restructuring.
In addition to corporate / M&A work, he is also actively advising clients with respect to capital markets, insurance, digital assets, data protection and employment law. His recent work included tackling a range of issues related to GDPR application, personal data transfers both inside and outside of Europe, use and application of electronic documents / signatures as well as legal aspects of automated data processing in client’s systems.
Srećko’s experience covers a wide range of industry sectors including insurance, capital markets, media, IT, real estate development, manufacturing, and food production.
