Damjan Despotović has more than 10 years of experience in advising domestic and international clients on all legal matters in the area of labor law, competition law, commercial and corporate law, public procurement and real estate. In particular, his focus is on providing legal advice and guidance on all types of issues and disputes arising from employment, advising clients in relation to competition law matters and representation in anti-trust procedures, with the special emphasis on pharmaceutical industry. He also has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, conducting legal due diligence of companies, providing legal advice on investments in real estate and representing clients in procedures concerning status and rights over real estate.

Over the years Damjan has cooperated with and advised some of the leading Serbian and international companies, while working in a dynamic setting of one of the most prominent law firms in Belgrade.
